Ingredients

  • 50 gram unsalted butter
  • 100 gram dark chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp Baileys or other chocolate liqueur
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Steps

  1. Put oven on 225C (437F)**
  2. Whisk egg, egg yolk and sugar to white and fluffy consistency.
  3. Melt the butter and add the dark chocolate.
  4. Take the pot from the heat and stir until all the chocolate melted. Add the liqueur.
  5. Mix everything and pour into 4 ramekins
  6. Bake in oven for 10 min.
  7. Sprinkle with powered sugar.

Notes

  • The mixture can be make ahead of time and kept in ramekins in the fridge
