Ingredients

  • Into a 500ml Jar
  • 200g baby cucumbers(4 about 14cm length), cut in quarters
  • 2 good-sized dill fronds
  • 2 med garlic cloves, halved
  • 1 birdseye chile (or 2 Jalapeños)
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • Brine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp sea salt

Steps

  1. get 500ml jar
  2. heat water, vinegar, salt, sugar until dissolved
  3. add everything else to jar
  4. pour liquid
  5. let cool outside, or room temperature then fridge
