Ingredients

  • 1.75 lb ground beef (800g)
  • 0.75 dl chopped onions
  • 1.1 dl milk
  • 1.1 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp pepper

Steps

  1. Mix milk and bread crumbs, let it sit for 10 min.
  2. Add the rest and mix.
  3. Make the balls and place on baking tray.
  4. Bake in oven 480F (250C) for about 20min.
